We are a non-profit, interdenominational Christian ministry organization serving the larger Puget Sound area of Washington State. Small Beginnings promotes its four-fold mission of Mental Health, Spiritual Formation, Ministry Training and Outreach through groups, classes, seminars and mentoring to equip individuals to reach out in the spirit of service.

We work with the entire spectrum of the human experience and apply biblical principles along with practical mentoring to all five areas of the individual: physical, emotional, mental, relational and spiritual, as each of these areas affects the other. We welcome individuals who are considered to be well and high functioning as well as those who may be experiencing various forms of mental illness and/or emotional and spiritual distress. Every believer, no matter where they are in their journey, can benefit from the transformation process and the loving care of a supportive community.

As we enter into the transformation process, experience healing and receive training, we become more equipped to do good and no harm. Also, we learn fundamental skills that keep us mentally and spiritual healthy, preventing burnout as we live out our life in service to others.
